On Saturday, September 28th, 2019, Toyo University and The Tokyo Higashi Shinkin Bank held the "Global Symposium: The Leap of SMEs and their Human Resource Acquisition and Market Development - The Present and Future of Tokyo East"
Our company's president gave a speech at the symposium's lecture on the topic of "The Leap of SMEs and their Human Resource Acquisition and Market Development".
There were about 300 visitors. Many people, including those from SMEs, universities, local governments, and industry support organizations, came to the symposium. For the opening, a guest speech was given by the Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike.
In the first half of the lecture, Takeshi Tsuchimura of the Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Industry and Labor gave a speech on the topic of the “Vision to promote SMEs and Tokyo East”, and talked about his passionate expectations for SMEs.
The latter half of the lectures included presentations of case studies by SMEs and floor discussions.
Four companies came together, and Ishikawa Wire Netting participated as one of them.
In the lecture, President Ishikawa presented a case study and exchanged opinions during the floor discussion.
The case studies of other companies were also very interesting and meaningful.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the visitors, the managers of SMEs who joined us, as well as Toyo University and The Tokyo Higashi Shinkin Bank who hosted the event.
