2019.09.11 Works using Wire Mesh Origami [Fabric Metals ORIAMI]® wil be displayed at the "Industrial Arts City Takaoka 2019 Craft Exhibition" and the "2019 Drawing Out Artists Exhibition" from September 19th, 2019 (Thursday) to the 23rd (Monday).
At the "2019 Takaoka Craft Competition" that gathers together crafts from across the country, the craft piece "Yasuragi" (tranquility) using Wire Mesh Origami [Fabric Metals ORIAMI]® won a prize in the metal division.

The Takaoka Craft Competition has been held since 1986 in Takaoka, a manufacturing city known for its industry that produces traditional handicrafts made from copper, lacquer, and aluminum.

This combined competition is an unusual national event where the material and purpose of the items are not questioned.
By wining this prize, it has been decided that there will be a booth for it at the Industrial Arts City Takaoka 2019 Craft Exhibition.
It will be held at Otaya Serio from September 19th, 2019 (Thursday) to the 23rd (Monday), and admission is free.

At the "2019 Drawing Out Artists Exhibition" held at the same time, "ORIAMI" items will be sold alongside displays of art pieces made using "ORIAMI".
This will be held in three venues: "Yamacho Valley", "Geibun Gallery", and "Babooshka".
We believe that you will be able to experience the refined sensation and rich feel of the material from "ORIAMI".
We await your arrival.
