JUNKO ODAJIMA

An artist and a producer of Installation arts, in which she piled up many Origami parts to make three-deminsional works.
Her works, collecting hundreds and thousands of the same parts, give various impressions to the viewers by the distance and angle to see and lighting effects. Her creations are introduced in France.

JUN MITANI

Born in Aichi prefecture in Japan.
Graduated from Sorbonne University in Paris.
Currently lives and works in Gif sur Yvette city in France.

Past activities

Her creations were exhibited in various shows all over France as below;
2011Solo exhibition at Château de Belleville in Gif sur Yvette city
2013Artist-in-residence in Orsay
2014Collaboration works with French poet in Paris
2014Joint exhibition with a theme "The Paper" in Verrières le Buisson

She also introduced Japanese cultures through making things by hands at elementary and junior high school classes in Paris and the suburbs of Paris and workshops held as city events.

Fine art prize of artistic competition "this year's artist 2011" of Gif sur Yvette city in France
